What if I lose my ticket?
You can print a replacement ticket. You do not need to register again.

Where can I park?
There is no parking at the concert site. We strongly encourage you to ride the free shuttle near Republic Square Park or bike to the event. Riverside Drive will be closed between South 1st Street and Dawson Road. Get all the details on the Parking & Transportation page.

Will there be free shuttles?
Yes, free shuttles will be provided from 5:00–11:45 p.m. from the parking garage behind Republic Square Park, near 4th and Guadalupe. View map.

Will there be bike racks?
Yes, bike racks will be provided at the West perimeter of the park. You must provide your own lock.

Can I park a motorcycle at the bike racks?
Bike racks will be provided at the West perimeter of the park, but are only for non-motorized bicycles. Motorcycles are not allowed to park in this area. We suggest that you park your motorcycle downtown and take the shuttle. Get all the details on the Parking & Transportation page.

Can I get a taxi or friend to drop me off?
Riverside Drive will be closed from South First to Dawson Road. There is no access for taxis or other vehicles for drop off. Your best bet is to be dropped off at the shuttle location behind Republic Square park, near 4th & Guadalupe. For safety reasons, please do not attempt to drop off passengers near the park. Can I bring a lawn chair?
Unfortunately, while we are allowed to provide a designated blanket area, the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department requires us to restrict a number of items, including lawn chairs. See the full list of prohibited items.

What am I allowed to bring?
- Sealed plastic bottles of water in clear containers may be brought into the event.
- Blankets are allowed in the designated blanket area only.

What items are prohibited?
- Absolutely no food, drink, alcohol, coolers, pets, glass or styrofoam containers, knives or other weapons, umbrellas or lawn chairs allowed on premises of Auditorium Shores
- Exceptions
- Sealed bottles of water in clear containers, and items for consumption by children under 5
- Guide animals and wheelchairs
- No recording equipment of any kind

Is smoking allowed?
Auditorium Shores is an outdoor venue, so smoking is allowed.

Will there be food & drinks for sale?
Yes, food and beverages from local Austin restaurants will be available for purchase.

Where is the closest ATM?
We have arranged for an ATM machine to be located within the concert grounds, near the concessions area. The fees for this ATM may be slightly higher due to the convenience of having it on site.

Will there be a designated driver program?
There will not be a designated driver program. However, if you feel that you are unable to drive, please contact one of the volunteers, who can help you call a cab.

Are there flyers and banners I can download?
The Media Kit has banners, icons, and flyers that you can download, print or post to your site.

Is there assistance for people with special needs?
The free shuttle buses are ADA-compliant. Auditorium Shores is wheelchair-accessible; however, the natural terrain makes it difficult to maneuver a wheelchair. We will not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service. Please bring attendants if needed.
Please contact us in advance with your request, and we’ll do our best to accomodate you.

Will there be a lost & found area?
The Community pavilion will include a lost & found area. To assist us in returning items, please label everything, preferably with a mobile phone number. After the event, you can email us to see if we can help locate items. Any unclaimed items will be donated to a local non-profit after May 30, 2007. Freescale Semiconductor is not liable for any lost items or unclaimed items.

What happens if I need to leave before the concert ends?
If you leave the event premises before the show ends, there is no guarantee you will get back in.

What happens if it rains?
Contingency date (rain date) is May 20, 2007. Same time, same place. A notice will be posted here at www.roadtoaustinconcert.com if the concert has to be rescheduled for any reason.

(a) "The Road To Austin" concert is subject to cancellation or changes with respect to time, date, location and performers; (b) all persons must present tickets for entry regardless of age; (c) other than sealed bottles of water in clear containers, no beverages are allowed; (d) no food or pets are allowed; (e) no glass or styrofoam containers allowed; (f) no knives or other weapons are allowed; (g) each ticket obtained represents a fully revocable license; (h) any violation of the law, applicable regulations, these Terms, or general misconduct may result in revocation of that license; (i) tickets may not be duplicated; (j) management assumes no responsibility for accident or loss; (k) space is limited and tickets do not guarantee admission; (l) use of audio and/or audiovisual recording devices and flash photography is prohibited.
